Tucked in the heart of Dumaguete City is Ersh Cafe, a quaint, intimate space along Noblefranca Street that is perfect for lazy days and intimate get-togethers. This cozy space almost feels like being inside a warm, vintage New York apartment and will surely steal the hearts of sentimental cafe goers.
Apart from their indie interior design, you can also dazzle your taste buds with a wide selection of coffee that don’t hold back on flavor, aroma and a big scoop of ice cream in their affogatos and coffee floats. If you’re in for a kick, try out their Syphone House Blend. This freshly brewed cafe specialty will hit all the right places for coffee aficionados with it’s rich aroma and intense flavor. We also recommend their brownie a la mode. Nothing better than moist, freshly baked and chocolatey brownies topped with (yes, you got it right!) a big scoop of vanilla ice cream! (Let’s face it, who doesn’t want ice cream on everything.) If you aren’t much on the sweet side, they also have cheesy fries, sandwiches and short orders on stock.
So if you’re out to simply enjoy a hot date with coffee or planning an intimate get together with friends, check out Ersh Cafe. Better days await with their unique brewing selection. Big thanks to Jansen Tan for having us in his cafe!
