Café Racer Dumaguete opened its doors last July 28, 2016. It is the second branch, the flagship restaurant being in North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Cebu. Its jampacked opening night was attended by family, friends, and guests of owner Inaki Yoldi as well as other dining patrons while DJ Arno Van Zanten of Amsterdam delivered the tunes.
When it opened its 154th branch in the City of Gentle People last October 2015, the giant restaurant chain Max’s captured the hearts and taste buds of many Dumaguetenos and Negrenses. Since then, it has become a popular choice of a venue among those celebrating special milestones in their lives. It is now a place where family and friends come together over good food and good times, and that’s why it’s always a feast at Max’s Dumaguete.
Tucked in the heart of Dumaguete City is Ersh Cafe, a quaint, intimate space along Noblefranca Street that is perfect for lazy days and intimate get-togethers. It seemed like one giant feast that brought together families from all over the city. And as the night progressed and the moon steadily lit the restaurant’s skyline, the crowd excited to taste the savory native delicacies unique to this new restaurant just kept getting bigger and bigger.
